Alicia Bullard, Owner and Director, and Instructor
Teaches: Piano, Voice, Early Childhood Music, Music Theory
Alicia has over nine years of teaching experience. She holds a degree in Music Education from the Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music in Berea, Ohio. She also holds certifications in Early Childhood Music and Elementary General Music from the Gordon Institute of Music Learning Theory. She has taught students ranging from six months to 40 years old, both in the public school classroom and private instruction. She has also taught Advanced Placement Music Theory, with her students consistently performing above the state average on the CollegeBoard Advanced Placement Music Theory Exam. After a brief semester teaching in Cleveland, Ohio, she moved back to her home state of Florida, where she taught for a year at Renaissance Charter School of Hunter's Creek. She then took a position as the Director of Choirs at South Lake High School, where she grew the program to over 150 students. Her multiple choirs consistently earned high ratings in District Music Performance Assessments, with many of them also moving on to earn high ratings in the State Music Performance Assessments. She has had numerous students earn spots in the annual FMEA All-State Choirs. She has also taken numerous choirs to Manhattan, New York to perform at Carnegie Hall in the annual CODA Concerts Choir Festival. In 2018 she made the transition into teaching private lessons exclusively, with the creation of Bullard Family Music!
Henry Bullard, Owner and Instructor
Teaches: Percussion, Drum Kit
Henry has over thirty years' experience in the music industry, including performing, live sound tech, recording studio work, and teaching! He holds a degree in Music Performance from the University of Massachusetts. After earning his degree, Henry relocated to Orlando, Florida to work at Transcontinental Studios. Throughout his career he has toured and performed with many notable musicians, including N*SYNC, The Backstreet Boys, LFO, Fergie, and PINK! He was the original drummer for Gotti 13, managed by Johnny Wright at Wright Entertainment Group, and the drummer for Natural, managed by Lou Pearlman at Transcontinental Records. His teaching career began with the creation of Bullard Family Music in 2018. Since then, he has helped numerous students develop the necessary musicianship to be successful on many different percussion instruments, including Bongos, Conga, Djembe, Cajon, and of course, the Drum Kit!
Alex Price, Instructor
Teaches: Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Piano

Tim Gross, Instructor
Teaches: Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Guitar
Tim Gross is an expert guitarist with over twenty years of experience playing and composing! The son of a Disney EPCOT musical legend, Tim spent his childhood immersed in music, studying both guitar and classical piano. Guitar is the one that stuck, and he continued to explore and master the instrument. Through his musical exploration, he won numerous Battle of the Bands competitions and continued his performing as a guitarist in the Navy. He has composed the theme song for the podcast Destinations Beyond Expectations. A lover of multiple genres (classical, rock, blues, folk, and metal), he has mastered the technique necessary for every style, and can teach multiple techniques including finger picking, alternate picking, hybrid picking, and sweep picking. He is very excited to begin his teaching career with Bullard Family Music and can't wait to share his love of guitar with his students!
